Paid ads that buy customers, not clicks
Google Ads and Meta Ads managed as one profit system. We track every campaign down to closed revenue, kill waste weekly, and hold ourselves to a blended return target we agree on before you spend a dollar.

What PPC management actually is.
A definition first, because 'we optimize your campaigns' is not a service, it is a shrug.
Let me show you the math that most agencies hope you never do. The average small business wastes 61 percent of its Google Ads budget on search terms that never convert. On a 10,000 dollar monthly budget, that is 6,100 dollars every month, 73,200 dollars every year, spent buying clicks from people who were never going to become customers. The scary part? The account still looks busy. Impressions are up. Clicks are up. The monthly report has charts.
Waste hides in places a part time account manager never looks. Broad match keywords quietly matching to garbage queries. Display placements on mobile games where toddlers generate the clicks. Branded campaigns taking credit for customers who would have found you anyway. Meta campaigns optimizing for add to carts that never become purchases. Every one of those leaks is invisible in a top level dashboard and obvious the moment someone actually reads the search terms report.
That is the entire premise of our PPC service. We read the reports nobody reads. Every week, a senior media buyer, not a junior on twelve accounts, goes through search terms, placements, audience overlap and creative fatigue, and removes the waste. Then that recovered budget gets redeployed into the campaigns already producing profitable customers.
And because we tie tracking to revenue, not platform conversions, we can tell you what a lead from each campaign is actually worth. When a campaign produces cheap leads that never close, we kill it, even when the platform says it is winning. Your CRM is the referee, not the Google Ads interface.
Our media buying team holds current Google Partner status and Meta Blueprint certifications, and has managed more than 14 million dollars in lifetime ad spend across ecommerce, SaaS, legal, healthcare and home services. That history matters for one practical reason: we have already made the expensive mistakes on someone else's smaller budget years ago, and we have the benchmark data to know within two weeks whether your cost per acquisition is drifting away from what your industry should pay.
We also refuse the industry's quietest conflict of interest. Most agencies charge a percentage of your ad spend, which means they get a raise every time they convince you to spend more, whether or not the extra spend is profitable. We charge a flat management fee. When we recommend scaling your budget, it is because your marginal return justifies it, and you can see the calculation in the report.

Deliverables
What every engagement includes.
Eight workstreams inside every engagement. Nothing is an upsell, and everything is auditable in your own ad accounts, which you own.
Account Audit
A forensic teardown of your existing campaigns, search terms, tracking and settings. Most audits find 20 to 40 percent recoverable waste in week one.
Campaign Architecture
Segmented campaigns by intent, funnel stage and margin, so budget flows to the products and services that actually make you money.
Conversion Tracking
Server side tracking, offline conversion imports and CRM integration so the platforms optimize toward revenue, not form fills that go nowhere.
Creative & Copy Testing
Structured ad copy and creative experiments every sprint. Winners scale, losers die, and the learning is documented so it compounds.
Landing Page CRO
Dedicated landing pages built for message match and speed, because sending paid traffic to your homepage is how budgets go to die.
Meta Full Funnel
Prospecting, retargeting and retention campaigns on Meta with creative angles mapped to awareness stages, not one ad blasted at everyone.
Weekly Optimization
Search term pruning, bid strategy tuning, budget reallocation and negative list maintenance every single week, documented in a change log you can read.
Profit Reporting
Monthly reports that lead with blended ROAS, cost per acquisition and revenue by campaign. The change log shows exactly what we did and why.

Audit & Tracking Truth
Before we touch a campaign, we verify what is actually being measured. Broken or inflated tracking is found in roughly seven out of ten accounts we audit. We rebuild conversion tracking to fire on real business outcomes, import offline conversions where sales close in a CRM, and establish the true baseline. Optimizing on bad data is just expensive guessing.
Economics & Targets
We calculate your real unit economics together: margin, lifetime value, acceptable cost per acquisition and break even ROAS. Then we agree on the target the entire engagement is judged by. No agency should be allowed to define its own success metric after the fact.
Rebuild & Launch
Campaigns are rebuilt around intent tiers: high intent search gets protected budget, mid funnel gets structured testing, prospecting gets strict cost caps. Dedicated landing pages go live with message match to every ad group. Nothing launches without a named hypothesis.
Weekly Kill & Scale
Every week we prune search terms, rotate creative before fatigue sets in, rebalance budgets toward marginal winners and log every change. You can open the change log any Tuesday and see what was done, why, and what it did to cost per acquisition.
Compound & Expand
Quarterly, we review the profit map and decide where the next dollar goes: new channels like YouTube or Performance Max, new geographies, or deeper spend on proven winners. Scaling decisions are made from your marginal return curve, never from a sales quota on our side.

Expert MK: 3.1x more qualified calls on the same budget
Expert MK, a vehicle appraisal office, came to us spending 6,000 dollars a month on Google Ads with lead quality nobody trusted. The audit found 58 percent of spend going to informational queries and out of area clicks, and call tracking that counted every wrong number as a conversion. We rebuilt the account around service specific campaigns with radius targeting, wired call tracking to a qualification score, and moved budget daily toward the campaigns producing booked appraisals. Month one looked flat on volume, which we predicted, because we were deliberately buying fewer, better calls. By month three, qualified inbound calls were up 3.1x on the exact same budget, and cost per booked appraisal had dropped 64 percent.

What is included in your PPC management service?
Every engagement includes a full account audit, conversion tracking rebuild, campaign architecture, ad copy and creative testing, dedicated landing pages, weekly optimization with a documented change log, and monthly reporting that leads with blended ROAS and cost per acquisition. Google Ads and Meta Ads are managed together on the Growth plan and above.
How much do PPC management services cost?
Our management fees start at 1,200 US dollars per month for a single platform, 2,500 dollars for Google and Meta together, and 4,500 dollars and above for multi channel programs with large budgets. We charge flat fees rather than a percentage of spend, so recommending a bigger budget never puts money in our pocket unless it makes money in yours.
How quickly will I see results from paid ads?
Unlike SEO, paid media produces data immediately and profit quickly. Most accounts see meaningful cost per acquisition improvements within 30 to 45 days, because the first month's waste removal alone typically recovers 20 to 40 percent of budget. Full campaign restructures hit their stride around month two once the platforms exit learning phases.
What budget do I need to make PPC worthwhile?
As a rule of thumb, you want an ad budget of at least 2,000 to 3,000 dollars monthly so campaigns generate enough conversion data to optimize against. Below that, we will usually tell you honestly that a single channel focus or an SEO foundation is a better first investment. The free audit includes that recommendation at no charge.
Do you work with ecommerce and lead generation businesses?
Yes, and we run them differently. Ecommerce accounts are built around product feed health, Performance Max structure, margin aware bidding and post purchase lifetime value. Lead generation accounts are built around offline conversion imports, lead scoring and cost per qualified opportunity rather than cost per form fill. The referee in both cases is revenue, not platform metrics.
Will you work with our existing campaigns or start over?
The audit decides. If your account has usable conversion history, we restructure around it to preserve learning. If the tracking was broken or the structure fights the platforms, a clean rebuild is faster and cheaper than renovating rubble. Either way, nothing gets deleted; historical data stays for comparison.
Who owns the ad accounts and creative?
You do, permanently. Accounts are created under your business manager, billing goes on your card, and every ad, landing page and audience we build stays with you if you leave. An agency that owns your ad account owns your exit, and we do not play that game.
Do you guarantee a specific ROAS?
No, because Google and Meta own the auction and no honest agency controls it. What we do is agree on a target ROAS based on your real margins before launch, report against it every month without spin, and back the engagement with our thirty day satisfaction guarantee. If month one does not earn your trust, you get it back.
