Branding that makes you the obvious choice, not another option
Positioning, identity and a complete design system built as one coherent whole. We create brands that customers recognize in half a second, remember for years and pay a premium for, then we hand you a manual your team can actually use.

What branding actually is.
A definition first, because a logo is to a brand what a doorknob is to a house.
Here is a test you can run right now. Cover the logo on your homepage, your competitor's homepage and a third rival's homepage. Can anyone tell which is which? In most industries the answer is no, because everyone is using the same three adjectives, the same stock photography and the same shade of trustworthy blue. When buyers cannot see a difference, they invent one, and the difference they invent is price. Weak branding is why you keep losing deals to cheaper competitors who are objectively worse at the work.
Strong branding flips that equation. Research on brand consistency shows companies that present themselves uniformly across touchpoints see revenue lifts averaging 23 percent, and it takes a consumer about 50 milliseconds to form a first impression of your visual identity. Not seconds. Milliseconds. Before a single word of your carefully written copy gets read, your typography, color and layout have already told the visitor whether you are premium or cheap, modern or dated, careful or careless.
The failure mode we see constantly is branding done as decoration. A founder buys a logo, picks colors they personally like, and calls it a brand. Then every hire, every freelancer and every agency afterward reinterprets it slightly, and within two years the company has six shades of blue, four typefaces and a pitch deck that looks like it came from a different business than the website. The asset decays because there was never a system, just a starting point.
We build the system. Positioning first, because design decisions without strategy are just taste. Then identity: naming where needed, logo suite, typography, color, iconography, photography direction and voice. Then the part most agencies skip, governance: a brand manual with real usage rules, templates and do not examples, so the brand survives contact with the seventeen people who will touch it after we leave.
Our brand team has built more than 60 identities across SaaS, ecommerce, professional services, construction, hospitality and consumer goods, from naming startups still in stealth to rebranding twenty year old firms terrified of losing the equity they had accumulated. That second scenario deserves its own sentence, because rebrand fear is rational: done carelessly, a rebrand torches recognition overnight. Done properly, with an equity audit that identifies exactly which elements customers actually recognize and which they merely tolerate, a rebrand keeps the recognition and sheds the baggage.
Every engagement is led by a senior brand designer working from research, customer interviews, competitor mapping and positioning workshops, and the strategy deck is a deliverable you keep. You will know not just what your brand looks like, but why every choice was made, which is exactly the argument you need the next time an investor, partner or new marketing hire asks why the logo is not blue.

The FAWZ Brand Build.
Five phases over eight to twelve weeks. This is the identity implementation of our published FAWZ Growth Loop.
Discover & Audit
Stakeholder interviews, customer interviews, competitor visual mapping and, for rebrands, an equity audit of what recognition you already own. We learn how customers actually describe you, which is usually more useful than how you describe yourself, and it becomes raw material for positioning and voice.
Position & Strategize
We define the positioning: who you serve, what you promise, why you are believable and what enemy you stand against. This gets pressure tested in a workshop until every stakeholder can repeat it without notes. Design without this phase is expensive guessing, which is why we refuse to skip it even when clients arrive asking for 'just a logo'.
Design Concepts
Two to three distinct identity directions, each presented in realistic context: on the website, on a vehicle, in an Instagram grid, on an invoice. Never on a black slide with dramatic music. You choose a direction based on strategy fit, and we document why, so the decision survives future second guessing.
Build the System
The chosen direction expands into the full system: logo suite, palette, typography, iconography, photography direction, voice guidelines and every template in the launch kit. Everything is tested at real sizes in real media, including the unglamorous places brands actually live, like email footers and packing slips.
Deliver & Govern
You receive the brand manual, organized asset library and templates, plus a working session with your team so the people who will use the brand daily know the rules and the reasons. For rebrands, we deliver the migration checklist covering everything from Google Business Profiles to LinkedIn banners, ordered by customer visibility.

Case study.
One engagement, told honestly, including the parts that did not go to plan.
Mona Architecture: a rebrand that doubled consultation requests
Mona Architecture designed sustainable modern buildings but wore an identity from 2008: a serif logo pixelated on retina screens, five drifting shades of green and proposals assembled in Word. Prospects meeting their work for the first time consistently guessed the firm was smaller and cheaper than it was, and the partners were tired of justifying premium fees from behind a discount brand. Our equity audit found one element worth keeping, the abstract M mark clients actually recognized, so we refined rather than replaced it, rebuilt everything around a restrained architectural grid, a precise two color palette and typography that photographed beautifully next to their buildings. The proposal template alone changed their close rate: same portfolio, same fees, reframed. Within a year, consultation requests had doubled and the partners had raised fees twice without a single pushback conversation.

Straight Answers
Branding questions.
The questions buyers ask us on every discovery call, answered before the call.
What is included in your branding services?
Depending on the plan: positioning strategy, customer research, naming and tagline development, a complete logo system, color and typography, visual language, voice and messaging guidelines, a practical brand manual and a launch kit of templates. Every engagement includes source files and full ownership of everything we create.
How much does professional branding cost?
Our identity projects start at 4,500 US dollars, full brand builds at 9,500 dollars, and rebrands with equity audits and rollout support at 15,000 dollars and above. Industry wide, credible agency branding runs from a few thousand dollars to six figures for enterprise programs. The honest variable is research depth: strategy driven brands cost more than decoration and repay the difference for a decade.
How long does a branding project take?
A focused identity project takes six to eight weeks. Full brand builds run eight to twelve weeks, and rebrands with stakeholder alignment and migration planning typically take twelve to sixteen. Rushing discovery is the one shortcut we refuse, because every week saved there costs a redesign eighteen months later.
We already have a logo. Can you work with it?
Often yes. If the equity audit shows your mark carries real recognition, we refine and build the system around it, which is exactly what we did for Mona Architecture. If the mark is actively working against you, we will show you the evidence and let you decide. Keeping a bad logo to save money is a decision you should at least make with clear eyes.
What is the difference between branding and brand strategy?
Brand strategy is the thinking: positioning, audience definition, messaging architecture and competitive stance. Branding, as most people use the word, is the expression of that thinking in identity and design. We offer strategy as its own engagement for companies that need direction before design, and every branding project of ours includes a strategy phase because design without it is guesswork.
Will rebranding lose the recognition we have built?
Not if it is done with an equity audit. We measure which elements customers genuinely recognize, your mark, your color, a phrase, and protect those while shedding what holds you back. The rollout plan then migrates every touchpoint in an order that keeps you consistent throughout. The rebrands that go wrong are the ones that treat twenty years of recognition as a blank canvas.
Do you do naming, and how do you handle trademarks?
Yes. Naming projects produce shortlists screened against trademark databases, domain availability and linguistic checks across your markets. We are not a law firm and final registration goes through your trademark attorney, but our screening removes the candidates that would obviously fail, which saves you paying legal fees to discover a conflict we could see for free.
What do we actually receive at the end?
A structured asset library with every logo variant in every format, licensed fonts and color specifications, the brand manual as a shareable document, working templates for the assets your team makes weekly, the strategy deck explaining every decision, and an onboarding session for your team. Plus ninety days of governance support on Rebrand engagements for the questions that only come up in real use.
