An SEO agency in Pakistan that reports in revenue, not rankings

Organic search is the slowest thing we sell and the only one that keeps paying after you stop. We run it from Islamabad for Pakistani businesses and for clients in four export markets, on one published method.

The Honest Overview

Working with us from Pakistan.

The SEO side of what we do, written for this market.

Search here is cheaper to win than in the markets Pakistani businesses export to, and that cuts both ways. Ranking for a Pakistani commercial term takes less authority than the same term in the UK, so a competent competitor can arrive and take it from you in a quarter. Positions held by default rather than by work are the ones that disappear first in a core update.

The other local reality is that a large share of agencies here still sell search by the deliverable: so many blog posts, so many directory submissions, so many backlinks. Those are inputs. None of them is evidence of anything, and a monthly report built from them can look busy through a year in which organic revenue did not move.

We run search as one system: what stops the site being crawled and rendered, what the topic actually requires, and what earns a citation from somewhere that matters. Reporting leads with revenue and ends with rankings, because that is the order in which they matter to you.

Verified Work

Numbers you can check.

Two Pakistani search engagements with the figure and where it is readable. Both are ecommerce, both are traceable in the client's own Search Console, Semrush or Shopify, and neither number was rounded up for this page.

Sectors

Who we work with here.

Where organic search has actually earned its retainer for us here. Search suits some categories far better than others, and we would rather say which.

Ecommerce and pharmacy

Catalogue depth is an advantage in search, provided the index is not drowning in filter combinations nobody looks for.

Clinics and specialist treatment

Patients research for weeks before booking. Long decision cycles are exactly where organic beats paid on cost.

Professional services

Credential and practice area searches, where authority takes time to build and then holds against newcomers.

Education and training

Seasonal demand with predictable peaks, which rewards content published months before the search volume arrives.

B2B and manufacturing

Long tail technical queries with almost no paid competition, and buyers who read specifications rather than headlines.

Where we would not recommend it

One off purchases with no search demand, or a business needing enquiries this month. Paid search is the honest answer there.

Cities

Where we work in Pakistan.

Selling in one city is not selling in another. Where a market genuinely differs, we work to that difference instead of running the same plan everywhere and hoping.

We work with businesses in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Quetta and beyond.

Islamabad

Our office is on the fifth floor of Feroz Center in Blue Area. For search work that rarely matters, and for a first conversation about a year long commitment it still does.

The Free Audit

What we look at first.

The free search audit is not a crawler export with a cover page. These are the six things we check first on a Pakistani site, in this order, because this is where organic revenue is usually lost here.

1

Is the site actually indexed?

Not whether it ranks, whether Google holds the pages at all. Index coverage problems are common on Pakistani builds, particularly on themes that generate thousands of tag and filter URLs, and every content investment is wasted until that is fixed.

2

Does it render for a crawler?

A great many local builds load their content through JavaScript after the crawler has moved on. We compare raw HTML against rendered HTML rather than assuming the framework handles it, because the failure is silent and total.

3

English and Urdu intent

Commercial research skews English, local service intent frequently arrives in Urdu or transliterated Urdu. We look at which half the site answers, because most answer one and quietly lose the other without ever seeing it in a report.

4

Speed on a real connection

Tested on a mid range Android over mobile data, not on office fibre. Core Web Vitals measured in the field rather than in a lab score, since the field figure is the one Google uses.

5

Who is actually ranking instead

The competitor set that owns your commercial terms, and whether they hold them on authority, content depth or simply because nobody has competed properly yet. The third case is the opportunity.

6

Whether anything is tracked

Organic sessions separated from paid and direct, conversions attributed to landing page, and calls counted. Without this, a year of search work is unprovable in either direction.

Before You Shortlist

How to judge any agency here.

Six questions that separate a search agency from a link vendor. Ask us the same ones; the right hand column is what we would answer.

Named Accountability

The person who signs it off.

Search strategy on every Pakistani and export engagement is signed off by our co founder before it runs.

Bilal Zahoor

Co Founder & CEO · Search strategy

Ten years inside search, and still the person who signs off on strategy before a single page is written. Beyond that, Bilal runs the company. He sets the standard every engagement is measured against, keeps senior people on the work rather than on the pitch, and makes the calls on who we take on and what we will not promise. Clients get a founder who stays close to the account long after the contract is signed.

Straight Answers

Pakistan questions.

What buyers here ask before the first call.

How much does SEO cost in Pakistan?

Our search retainers start at 1,500 US dollars a month and rise with the size of the site and the competitiveness of the terms, and the tiers are published on the SEO page rather than quoted after a call. Local agencies frequently charge a fraction of that; the honest caveat is that a rate which cannot fund a senior strategist and a human writer generally buys neither.

How long does SEO take to work in Pakistan?

Technical and indexation fixes can move within weeks because they change what Google can reach today. Content and authority in a competitive Pakistani category run across two to three quarters. Export markets take longer again, because you are competing against sites that have been compounding authority for years. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is describing a term nobody searches.

Do you build backlinks, and how?

Earned placements in publications, roundups and industry sources that a human would actually read, reported to you with the failures included. We do not buy links from networks or directories. Beyond the policy risk, those links are worth roughly nothing now, and cleaning up after a previous agency's link buying is work we have been paid to do more than once.

Can you rank a Pakistani site in the US or UK?

Yes, and it is a different project to ranking in Pakistan. You are competing against domains with years of accumulated authority, so the honest route is usually a narrower entry point: a specific service, a specific city, a specific comparison, won first and widened afterwards. We say at the audit stage whether the gap is closable on your budget.

Do you write in Urdu as well as English?

Yes, with in house bilingual writers rather than translation software. Which language leads depends on the category. High value B2B research here happens largely in English; local consumer service intent frequently arrives in Urdu or transliterated Urdu, and a site answering only one of those is leaving the other half of the demand unclaimed.

We were burned by an SEO agency before. Where do you start?

With forensics rather than content. What was actually built, what the links look like, whether the reported rankings were for terms with any volume, and whether the tracking ever recorded anything real. We would rather tell you the previous year produced less than you were shown than build on a number that was never true.
