We are based in Islamabad and work with businesses across Pakistan and in four export markets. Same senior people on your account, same published methodology, whether the buyer is in Blue Area or Brooklyn.

The Honest Overview
Working with us from Pakistan.
What buying this here actually looks like, including the parts that count against us.
Most agencies here sell hours. You buy a package, receive a monthly report full of impressions, and never learn which of those numbers touched your revenue. That is not a Pakistan problem, it is an industry habit, but it is worse in a market where price competition pushes agencies to promise more for less and then staff the work with whoever is available.
We built this differently. Every engagement runs through one published framework, every deliverable carries the name of the person accountable for it, and reporting leads with what changed in the business rather than what changed in a dashboard. That is the whole pitch, and it is the reason our work holds up in markets where clients audit it hard.
Working from Pakistan is also a genuine commercial advantage rather than something to apologise for. A senior strategist here costs a fraction of one in London or Chicago, and the time zone means work happens overnight for Western clients and inside business hours for local ones. What we refuse to do is let that become an excuse for junior work at a low price.

Sectors
Who we work with here.
Sectors we have actually delivered in here, rather than a list of every industry that exists. Where we have not worked in yours, we will say so on the first call.
Clinics and healthcare
Dental, physiotherapy, aligners and specialist practice. Long decision cycles, high value enquiries and a patient who compares three providers before calling.
Pharmacy and ecommerce
Catalogue search, category architecture and the unglamorous index work that decides whether a storefront is findable at all.
Professional services
Law and consultancy, where the individual is the product and credentials have to be visible before anyone enquires.
Fitness and membership
Gyms and academies selling a recurring commitment, where the parent or member signs up on trust built entirely online.
Nonprofit and healthcare access
Two very different audiences on one site: the people who need the service and the people who fund it.
B2B and manufacturing
Procurement buyers arriving from long tail technical queries, who want specification and capacity before they want a brand story.
Cities
Where we work in Pakistan.
Selling in one city is not selling in another. Where a market genuinely differs, we work to that difference instead of running the same plan everywhere and hoping.
We work with businesses in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Quetta and beyond.
Islamabad
Our office is on the fifth floor of Feroz Center in Blue Area. That matters less than the work, but it means the people running your account are reachable in your own time zone and, if you want, across a table.
The Free Audit
What we look at first.
The free audit is not a generic crawl with a Pakistani flag on the cover. These are the six things we look at first in this market, in this order, because they are where the money usually leaks here.

Does conversion tracking actually fire?
More than half the accounts we inherit here are reporting conversions that never happened, or missing the ones that did. Phone calls are the dominant conversion for most Pakistani service businesses and are the most commonly untracked. Every other number in the account is worthless until this is right.
Google Business Profile completeness
Categories, services, attributes, hours and photos, checked against what buyers in your category actually search. An incomplete profile costs map pack position before a single rupee of ad spend is involved, and it is free to fix.
The Urdu and English split
Commercial research here skews English while local service intent frequently arrives in Urdu or transliterated Urdu. We look at which half of that demand your site answers, because most sites answer one and quietly lose the other.
Speed on a real connection
Tested on mid range Android over mobile data rather than on a laptop in an office. A site that loads acceptably on fibre and stalls on 4G is losing the majority of its Pakistani traffic before anything renders.
Cost per click against your own history
Rupee denominated benchmarks from accounts we run in comparable categories, not a converted figure from a US case study. What counts as expensive differs enormously between a dental enquiry and a retail click.
Whether the enquiry can actually be answered
The unglamorous one. We check the form works, the number connects, WhatsApp is monitored and somebody replies. Spending on traffic that reaches a dead contact route is the most expensive mistake in this market and the easiest to miss.
Before You Shortlist
How to judge any agency here.
Six questions worth asking every agency you shortlist here, including us. The weak answer column is not a straw man; it is what we hear from businesses who arrive after a bad engagement.
| Ask them | Weak answer | What you want to hear |
|---|---|---|
| Can I see a number and where it came from? | A logo wall and a case study with no figures | A screenshot readable in your own Search Console or Ads account |
| Who actually does the work? | A director pitches, a junior delivers | The named senior person is identified before you sign |
| Is the price published? | Quoted only after a discovery call | Written on the website before you make contact |
| What happens in a month that underperforms? | The report leads with impressions | You are told what failed and what changes |
| Will you turn work down? | Every enquiry is a fit | We say when you do not need us yet |
| Do you guarantee rankings? | Yes, position one guaranteed | No. Nobody can, and anyone promising it is selling something Google does not sell |
Our own answer to the pricing question is on the pricing calculator, which estimates a monthly retainer before you speak to anyone.
Named Accountability
The person who signs it off.
Search strategy across every Pakistani and export engagement is signed off by our co founder before it runs.
Bilal Zahoor
Co Founder & CEO · Search strategy
Ten years inside search, and still the person who signs off on strategy before a single page is written. Beyond that, Bilal runs the company. He sets the standard every engagement is measured against, keeps senior people on the work rather than on the pitch, and makes the calls on who we take on and what we will not promise. Clients get a founder who stays close to the account long after the contract is signed.

Straight Answers
Pakistan questions.
What buyers here ask before the first call.
Is Digital Fawz a Pakistani digital marketing agency?
Yes. We are based in Islamabad, in Blue Area, and the team works from Pakistan. Clients are split between Pakistani businesses and companies in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and the UAE, all served by the same senior people rather than by separate local and export teams.
What does a digital marketing agency cost in Pakistan?
Our retainers start at 900 US dollars a month for a single location local search programme and rise with scope; every service page publishes its own pricing rather than hiding it behind a call. Local agencies frequently quote less, and some are genuinely good value, but a rate that cannot pay for a senior strategist usually means you will not get one.
Do you work with businesses outside Islamabad?
Yes, across Pakistan and internationally. Being physically in Islamabad matters for clients who want to meet, and matters not at all for the work itself, which is the same wherever the buyer sits. Where a city has enough demand for us to learn it properly, we do, rather than claiming coverage we cannot show.
Who would actually run my account?
A named senior strategist, identified before you sign rather than after. Search strategy is signed off by our co founder, whose background and remit are published rather than described vaguely as leadership involvement.
What does a Pakistan focused audit actually check?
Six things in order: whether conversion tracking fires at all, Google Business Profile completeness, the split between English and Urdu search intent, page speed on mid range Android over mobile data rather than on office fibre, cost per click benchmarked in rupees against comparable accounts we run, and whether the enquiry route at the other end is actually answered. The last one sounds trivial and is the most expensive thing we find.
How long before digital marketing shows results in Pakistan?
Paid search can produce enquiries in the first fortnight because you are buying attention rather than earning it. Local search moves over one to three months as profile work, reviews and citations settle. Organic search in a competitive category is a two to three quarter project. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is describing a keyword nobody searches.
Do you work in Urdu as well as English?
Yes, with in house bilingual writers rather than machine translation. The practical point is that a page written only in English misses service intent arriving in Urdu or transliterated Urdu, and a page written only in Urdu misses the comparison research that happens in English. Most categories here need both, and which one leads depends on the buyer.
What is a realistic monthly budget to start with?
For local search on a single location, our programme starts at 900 US dollars a month and media spend sits on top of that in your own account. For paid search, the media budget matters more than the management fee: a category where a click costs Rs 90 behaves very differently to one where it costs Rs 400. The pricing calculator on this site gives an estimate before you speak to anybody.
Can you work with businesses that have been burned by an agency before?
Most of the accounts we inherit arrive that way, and the first month is usually forensic rather than creative: finding what was actually run, what the tracking really recorded and which of the reported numbers were real. We would rather tell you the previous twelve months produced less than you were shown than build on top of a figure that was never true.
Can you handle both local Pakistani search and international markets?
Yes, and they are different disciplines. Local Pakistani search leans on Google Business Profile, Urdu and English intent, and price sensitive comparison behaviour. Export search competes against established Western incumbents on authority and technical quality. Running both from one team means neither strategy is guessed at.
